Il dipartimento R&D è focalizzato principalmente sullo sviluppo di agenti distaccanti e additivi speciali su base polimerica di varia natura (poliuretanica, siliconica …) nonché di paste concentrate coloranti per molteplici settori della materie plastiche, dalle calzature all'arredamento, fino all'automotive ed agli imballaggi in genere, abbracciando l'innovazione in ottica di sostenibilità ambientale ed energetica, seguendo le istanze legislative e regolatorie specifiche delle varie regioni territoriali europee ed extra europee.
Descrizione del lavoro ed obbiettivi specifici: il profilo ricercato verrà inserito nel dipartimento R&D & AT allo scopo di rafforzare la sezione Polyurethane su due ambiti: supporto tecnico alla progettazione R&D interna e conseguente particolare dedizione alla applicazione tecnologica presso i partner commerciali. Pertanto, le attività specifiche previste sono le seguenti:
Assistenza alla formulazione di agenti distaccanti e additivi tecnici formulati su base poliuretanica e siliconica (A)Apprendimento delle tecniche formulative e delle caratteristiche di base delle materie prime di partenza (A)Test comparativi di valutazione di performance dei preparati chimici (B)Prove applicative dei formulati sia su stampatrici interne al dipartimento che presso i clienti, in affiancamento al senior manager di settore (B)Acquisizione delle competenze delle tecnologie applicative e assistenza a bordo macchina presso i clienti, supporto dell'introduzione dei prodotti sul mercato (B)R&D in ambito di innovazione (C)Si prevede il seguente impegno sui tre ambiti:
(A): 40%(B): 40%(C): 20%L'inserimento in azienda avverrà secondo un percorso formativo che include lo sviluppo professionale in altri ambiti R&D, una volta raggiunti gli obbiettivi aziendali d'ingresso.
