Siamo alla ricerca, per la nostra sede di Marina di Carrara, di una figura da inserire nel nostro organico con il ruolo di: Production Line Coordinator - Mega Yacht Division.Responsabilità principali:Pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare tutte le fasi del progetto gestendo la commessa con il fine di garantire il rispetto delle scadenze e degli obiettivi economici.Mantenere una comunicazione costante con il cliente, fornendo aggiornamenti sullo stato del progetto e risolvendo eventuali problematiche.Gestire il team di lavoro e collaborare con ingegneri, tecnici e altri professionisti per assicurare che le attività di progetto siano svolte in modo efficiente e conforme alle specifiche tecniche.Coordinare l'acquisizione di materiali, attrezzature e risorse necessarie, ottimizzando l'allocazione delle risorse umane e tecniche.Identificare e gestire i rischi di progetto, intervenendo prontamente per risolvere eventuali criticità e minimizzare gli impatti sul progetto.Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria Navale, Meccanica, Gestionale o affini.Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di commesse nel settore navale.Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.Problem solving e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.Leadership e gestione di team multidisciplinari.Buone capacità di comunicazione in italiano e in inglese.Sede di Lavoro: Marina di CarraraRAL e inquadramento contrattuale saranno commisurati in base a competenze ed esperienza.Livello di anzianitàLivello medio-altoTipo di impiegoSettoriOpportunità: Lavorare su progetti innovativi e di alta complessità nel settore navale in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo, con formazione continua e opportunità di crescita professionale.
