The WP Sector Manager will act as the leader of the sales team in Italy and Turkey to drive and execute the WP markets sales delivery.
Work collaboratively with other end markets colleagues and functions within Countries such as Operations, Engineering, Strategy, Services etc.
Responsible for leading the team to drive and execute the End Market business plan to deliver Growth+ for Rotork.Reporting to the Head of Sales of WP, in this role you will be responsible for: delivering sales against agreed targets for the sector, using Value Added Selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities, account development planning of the sector to drive long term growth, accountability of PL for the sector, resolving sales and resource escalations in the Sector, ensuring accurate and transparent sales forecasting across the sector through supporting country and other sectors leadership in the country, and supporting strategic and operational excellence across different channels, customer ownership through the team to drive excellent customer relationships.This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically and has the willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays included.
Responsible for the Sale strategy Delivery, direct customer ownership and sales activity; supporting, managing and coaching sales teams to drive: Customer penetration, Profitability, and End to end sales leadership across the product portfolio.Experience Requirements:Degree or similar recognized qualification in Engineering or Finance/AccountingFrom 5 to 7 years' experience as senior sales experience in manufacturing (industrial engineering ideal)Experience of leading a teamKnowledge and experience of sales techniquesReady to travel nationally and internationally as requiredThe Successful Candidate:A charismatic and inspiring personalityHigh levels of personal integrity and honestyAn appetite and ability to work collaboratively in a complex and matrixed businessCapable of communicating at all levelsEthical and transparent leadership, setting an example to othersMust have the ability to deal with people from different cultures throughout the regionAble to thrive in a changing business, embracing ambiguity and solving problemsFull Valid Driving License #J-18808-Ljbffr
