What you will do The Sales Coordinator (Temp Role) will be part of the B&B (Book & Bill) Team processing high volumes of product sales orders, doing backlog review on a daily basis plus reporting tasks besides being in close contact with sales and customers to ensure timely delivery to customers and manage all related aspect.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the whole order entry and order management process, from input of data up to invoicing and delivery and will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
The candidate will be well versed in all Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point and Word, as well as Oracle system.
How you will do it Processing a high volume of product orders Processing invoices for all sales transactions Interaction with customers as related to orders, product availability, delivery scheduling and any other request Collaboration with local and foreign warehouses to manage transfer of goods Supporting the sales force with queries on product availability and delivery Support customer about the status of the orders Communicating internally important feedback from customers Work on standard and ad hoc reporting What we look for Experience working in industry environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and Oracle system Good knowledge of the English language, and preferably Spanish language (will be a plus) Demonstrated skills such as driver for results, communication, motivation and flexibility Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment Location: Cinisello Balsamo Our benefits: We offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
