Be at the forefront of designing and developing the kinematics and structures that form the very foundations of our kinetic installations.

In this role, you will: Design and develop complex kinetic systems, taking these from concept to robust prototypes through rigorous stress testing to ensure reliability and efficiency. Compile and maintain essential project documents, such as Bill of Materials (BOMs), technical reports, and shop drawings, ensuring accurate details for smooth project execution. Cooperate with suppliers during design and fabrication stages, ensuring a balance between feasibility, quality, and reliability of materials and processes. Oversee and optimize mounting operations, ensuring all assembled components and systems comply with stringent mechanical standards for safe and efficient operation. Must-have: Fluency in Italian and English Key skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling (Fusion360, Inventor, Rhino) Proficiency in rapid prototyping techniques Goal-driven attitude A flexible mindset to accommodate change requests Willingness to collaborate and find compromises Clear communication abilities
