Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: By joining the Customer Acquisition team within the Global Digital Marketing & Ecommerce team (Premium, Midscale & Economy division), you will be accountable and responsible for leading the APP Campaigns Lever Development worldwide and supporting Performance Marketing Projects to reach business objectives and ensurePremium, Midscale & Economy Brands profitability Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Acquisition, you will be working closely with Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, Regional Customer Acquisition teams, internal and external partners to maximize performance and efficiency in accordance with the defined Digital Marketing strategy.
Your mission: Building and App Campaigns Lever Development strategy & optimizations worldwide by:Leading best-in-class App Campaigns Levers strategic framework, guidelines, toolkits to empower communityDeveloping scalable processes & frameworks to drive automation and efficiency in Levers operational managementCoordinating the strategy implementation and operational excellence across all HUBSEnsuring worldwide consistency of lever optimizations and feature implementationLeading development and implementation of advanced solutions, insights and features worldwideEnsuring proper use of the Analytic App platform (MMP) across the Business Units.Leveraging Global Performance of App Campaigns Levers worldwide:Leading App Campaigns performance & profitability driven levers development worldwideMonitoring Worldwide Customer Acquisition performance and budget to achieve Business & Financial TargetsWorking closely with Business Partners (Finance, Procurement) to drive efficiency and performanceCoordinating strategic relationships with internal & external partners (business partners, tools, agencies, etc.):Briefing, supervising, and challenging agencies & solutions for global frameworkBuilding & coordinating strategic roadmap with partners (agencies, business partners, solutions)Animating & Upskilling the worldwide community of App Campaigns experts :Supporting HUBs in the development of Levers activation strategiesBuilding training, webinar and onboarding sessions to constantly drive the development of the community of experts worldwideSupporting the Customer Acquisition Director and Levers teams in the management of major Performance Marketing transversal projects:Participation in cross-functional projects with the objective of improving performance, generating incremental revenue and encouraging innovationFostering synergies with the Customer Acquisition, Media & Content and Data & Analysis Teams to drive Digital Marketing efficiencyDriving Growth opportunities framework for integrating New Business Lines (Products, Brands) and New partners within Customer Acquisition levers working closely with the Digital Projects & Transformation teamWorking closely with Digital Marketing & Ecommerce teams to define business and lever optimization objectives & priorities Qualifications

And you? Expertise in APP Campaigns and Performance Marketing Levers management with a background within International Client(s) and/or Agency
Experience in leading and managing external agencies
Experience in leading and managing a team with international coordination
Confirmed experience using digital optimization tools/solutions
Strong analytical skills with target-oriented attitide
Strategic & Anlaytical Problem solver
Business & results acumen
Ability to make clear explanations and recommendations
Proven track record in managing a team, and working in a matrix environment
Strong leadership skills, collaborative working mode
Proactive, result-driven in fast paced environment
Excellent communication & networking skills
Fluent in English + ideally other EU language
