La società Cliente è leader mondiale nello sviluppo, ingegnerizzazione e fornitura di tecnologie, impianti di lavorazione e attrezzature proprietarie per detergenti, tensioattivi, saponi, prodotti chimici e fertilizzanti Ci hanno incaricato di ricercare un /una Il candidato dovrà assicurare il corretto montaggio e collegamento di tutti i componenti elettro-strumentali e CCS dell'impianto, supervisionare le attività di precommissioning, commissioning elettro-strumentale/CCS dell'impianto, supportare il team di avviamento con interventi di settaggio, fine-tuning (PID) e verificare le funzionalità dei sistemi automatizzati.
Coordina inoltre gli interventi di verifica guasti e fornisce tutta l'assistenza tecnica al cliente ed ai sub-contractors per la gestione di eventuali emergenze.
Il Supervisore supporterà il team d'avviamento durante l'esecuzione del test-run per tutti gli aspetti elettro-strumentali / CCS dell'impianto e il training al personale del cliente.
Analizza il contratto e la relativa documentazione tecnica / di ingegneria dell'impianto da montare e le attività che dovrà andare ad effettuare in cantiere.
Verifica i Limiti di batteria ed obblighi contrattuali dell'azienda nei confronti del cliente e verifica la ricezione dei materiali elettro/strumentali.
Definisce le priorità di montaggio, supervisiona le attività di montaggio meccanico della strumentazione "in linea" Svolge attività di coordinamento e supervisione per l'installazione dei quadri elettrici, delle motorizzazioni, degli skid automatizzati e dell'infrastruttura hardware di automazione.
Coordina insieme al supervisore meccanico dell'azienda il personale tecnico del cliente nelle varie fasi del montaggio Assicura la produzione della reportistica necessaria al monitoraggio della conformità tra le fasi di montaggio effettuate e quanto stabilito dall'azienda Pianifica e verifica gli avanzamenti delle attività di installazione elettro/strumentale.
Coordina e supervisiona le attività di pre-commissionig elettro/strumentale dell'impianto in coordinamento con lo start-up engineer dell'azienda Organizza, sulla base delle richieste del Cliente, e in coordinamento lo start-up engineer dell'azienda tutte le attività di avviamento dell'impianto.
Effettua attività di training Supervisiona tutte le prove preliminari relativamente alla strumentazione impiantistica e assicura ce l'impianto venga portato a regime Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo e buona conoscenza d'impianti chimici e strumentazione elettronica.
