The general tasks and responsibilities of managing the JK spa include:
- performing spa treatments, massages, facials and wellness therapies
- managing inventory, including beauty, bath and treatment products
- creating and updating the spa menu
- training staff on new skills and industry standards
- assigning tasks and coordinating staff and facility schedules
- ensuring the spa meets hygiene standards, complies with health/safety regulations
- communicating with clients and responding to queries to increase loyalty and satisfaction
- hiring and supporting staff
- conducting performance reviews Profile requested :
- Previous experience in the role for a minimum of 2 years in 5-star deluxe property
- Guest oriented
- in-depth knowledge of LQA standards
- Proficient in English
- Problem solving
