**Obiettivo del percorso**:
Contribuire a una specifica funzione mentre si impara e si migliorano le competenze in quell'area particolare al fine di acquisire una comprensione approfondita dei processi, dei prodotti e dei servizi.
**Responsabilità Principali**
- Progettare, implementare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, garantendo la qualità, la sicurezza e l'efficienza.
- Analizzare i dati di processo, individuare le criticità e proporre soluzioni di miglioramento continuo.
- Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali, i fornitori e i clienti per garantire la soddisfazione delle esigenze di produzione e di mercato.
- Redigere la documentazione técnica relativa ai processi, alle procedure e alle normative.
- Osservare i processi principali attraverso la formazione sul campo, gli incarichi di progetto e le attività di formazione.
- Apprendere la strategia, i sistemi e i processi di Tenaris.
- Analizzare le informazioni e preparare diverse deliverable come report e processi.
Acquisire una conoscenza approfondita dei processi
- Mantenere contatti regolari con altre aree dell'azienda interagendo con diversi livelli gerarchici al fine di raggiungere le prestazioni e i risultati attesi.
- Sviluppare progetti specifici sia nelle aree di produzione, nelle aree tecniche correlate accrescendo competenze di relazione e gestione del personale.
- Sviluppare e gestire un insieme di KPI per monitorare e misurare i risultati dell'area.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea o diploma di laurea in ingegneria, o discipline correlate.
- Interesse per l'industria e la tecnologia dei processi.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente internazionale e multiculturali.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Spiccata propensione al problem solving e al lavoro di squadra.
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese.
La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un vantaggio.
