Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy, assisting more than 14.6 million retail customers through a network of 5,360 branches. It significantly supports the development of companies and contributes to the country's growth. The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries. Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries to support its corporate customers' cross-border business. It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to pursue a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:
Scope and PurposeIncrease the profitability of the Interest Rates sales team by significantly improving the performance of mid and large corporate clients, focusing on Flow and, more importantly, on strategic business, delivering value-added solutions.
Experience Required5 years in Interest Rates or Macro Sales to Italian/European Corporates.
Required Qualifications and CompetenciesDeep knowledge of the Interest Rates market.Strong capabilities to leverage existing clients of the bank and proactiveness to onboard new ones with an entrepreneurial approach.Team spirit is essential to deliver high-profile results.Proactive attitude to deliver high added value service and coverage to corporate clients (large and mid).Putting clients first, building relationships to understand and exceed expectations.Acting like a partner with colleagues, responding to feedback from managers and peers.Thinking creatively and encouraging, challenging traditional thinking.Thinking innovatively and out of the box.Being energetic, overcoming internal constraints in order to perform above average.Everyone is an asset for our Group, and that person could be you Check out our job opportunities, apply, and join our team
