A multinational manufacturing company, leader in precision components, has entrusted us with the task of searching for a: Technical Sales – Emilia Romagna Ref.
36/24 The selected person will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for direct and indirect sales in the provinces of Emilia-Romagna, through the management of a solid network of dealers in the territory.
In particular, he/she will have the task of: developing the market in the assigned territory, in line with the agreed objectives; managing relations with customers and dealers and their retention, offering value through technical and commercial skills; support dealer personnel in their visits to customers, whether end users or machine manufacturers; train their dealers' sales staff on products; regularly visit directly managed customers; participate in trade fairs and industry events; monitor sales and target indicators and report to their managers.
Requirements: The ideal figure has a diploma or degree in a technical, commercial or related field.
He/she has knowledge of mechanics and machining and has gained good experience in selling components, tools, equipment, preferably in companies in the CNC machine tool industry.
Willingness to be highly mobile and to travel frequently within the territory during the week is required.
Initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy, determination and goal orientation complete the profile.
