Sales & Marketing Controller Italy Contract :12- month temporary

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Sales & Marketing Controller who will be in charge to analyze the financial performance of our Consumer Goods Business Unit in Italy.

You will play a crucial role for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and timeliness of all financial controlling processes and activities.

The role will report to the Italy S&M Senior Controller and will collaborate closely with other controllers in Italy and the South-West region, as well as with various functions within the Sales & Marketing organization in Italy.

What you will do: Analyze and control the financial performance of the FMCG Business Unit within our Commercial Organization.
Execute financial controls, including profit center accounting, revenue and cost control, financial systems, and procedures, in adherence with corporate policies and BU guidelines.
Assess the financial performance of the Business Unit in Italy against predefined targets and propose corrective actions to support business objectives.
Deliver Italy's financial closing, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
Propose and implement improvements and process efficiencies.
Who you are: You have a solid experience in a similar role, preferably within a Matrix Organization.
Proficient in analyzing variations
Confident in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP. Knowledge of Power BI being a plus.
You have a natural can-do attitude, and you are not afraid of the challenges and deadlines.
Skilled in controlling fundamentals (forecasting, closing, variance analysis, working capital, accounting).
Fluent in English and Italian, and excited about working in an international environment.
