Job Description IT Project Manager - ERP Finance Are you ready to become our IT Project Manager - ERP Finance? We are looking for an IT Project Manager - ERP Finance to join our IT Applications Delivery team in the ERP Finance area. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions within the finance domain.

How you'll live your ambition: We're looking for a talented professional to join the IT Project Manager - ERP Finance at the Company's Headquarter in Genoa – Italy.
Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions within the finance domain.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP finance modules. Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements or implementations. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for ERP finance initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and vendors, to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support during system implementations and post-implementation phases. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. What makes you unique: Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in ERP implementations for global companies, specifically within the finance domain. Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Academic background in informatics/computer science. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Netsuite (preferred). Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills combined with excellent planning and problem-solving skills. Strong relationship-building abilities to work collaboratively at all levels and with colleagues located in different countries. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and ORACLE EPM knowledge are a plus. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
