As we scale internationally, we're seeking a detail-oriented **Content Manager** to support the execution and optimisation of our content ecosystem across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Working closely with the Senior Content Strategist, you'll help implement content initiatives that drive meaningful engagement with mental health topics whilst supporting measurable business growth.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop strategic thinking skills whilst gaining hands-on experience in content operations and performance analysis.
AS A CONTENT MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Support the execution of content strategy across multiple channels and formats
- Manage the day-to-day content calendar and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Write and edit content briefs, working closely with creators and designers to ensure alignment
- Coordinate end-to-end content production processes, from briefing through to publication
- Manage content adaptation and repurposing across different formats (video, social, articles)
- Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Support content distribution efforts across channels to maximise reach and engagement
- Maintain content management systems and organise asset libraries
- Assist in identifying trending topics and audience preferences to inform content planning
- Help coordinate with internal and external content creators and talent
- Support content localisation efforts across different markets
- Implement and maintain content workflows and processes
? YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 3-4 years' experience in content management or content marketing
- Proven experience in managing content operations and editorial calendars
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience with content management systems and basic analytics tools
- Understanding of different content formats and channel requirements
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimisation principles
- Experience in coordinating with creators and managing content production
- Ability to analyse data and extract meaningful insights
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content distribution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Fluent English required, Italian is a plus
