Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

La tua Missione:
Definirai l'architettura e la struttura delle collezioni in termini di offerta e pricing, gestendo e monitorando lo sviluppo delle stesse, lavorando a stretto contatto con prodotto, supply chain e commerciale.
Definirai l'allocazione del prodotto nei vari canali segmentando la rete distributiva.
Supervisionerai l'immissione e la movimentazione del prodotto nei vari canali diretti (online e offline) e ne monitorerai le performance.
Declinerai il budget in termini di merchandising nel rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali condivisi, attraverso un approccio data driven.
Supervisionerai la selezione qualitativa dei capi da mettere in negozio e la gestione degli inserimenti flash in stagione.
Monitorerai l'andamento e i trend di mercato, con particolare attenzione sulle azioni messe in atto dai competitor.

Profilo

Le tue Skills:
Hai un'esperienza in ambito Merchandising (Retail e Collezione) di 10+ anni, nel settore fashion preferibilmente donna
Hai una formazione ad indirizzo Economico/Ingegneria
Possiedi una conoscenza avanzata di tutti gli strumenti di MS Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
Hai un approccio fortemente Data Driven
Hai buone capacità comunicative e interpersonali
Sei disponibile a viaggiare in basealle esigenze
Hai spiccate doti relazionali e di team working
Hai un forte mindset imprenditoriale e l'ambizione di contribuire alla crescita del Brand e dell'Azienda
Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
