**Overview dell'organizzazione**
All'interno del reparto Cartridge Filling - Line 3 il/la **Manufacturing Supervisor **è responsabile della gestione di un team di circa 10 persone che operano sulla linea e gli equipment del reparto e dell'esecuzione dei piani di produzione in sicurezza e nel rispetto delle NBF (Norme di Buona Fabbricazione).
**Principali responsabilità del ruolo**
- Garantisce il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza (ad esempio il corretto uso di DPI) e di protezione ambientale
- Garantisce il rispetto delle norme di comportamento in aree GMP, le procedure di vestizione, la data integrity e le procedure operative di processo che regolano la manifattura farmaceutica
- Supporta e cura lo sviluppo di tutte le persone nel proprio turno (Operations, QA, Meccanici, etc), mantenendo un ambiente sereno in cui la cultura dell'interdipendenza incoraggia ciascuno ad ascoltare i propri colleghi ed a crescere come squadra
- Garantisce l'esecuzione dei piani di produzione reagendo prontamente ai possibili inconvenienti coordinando anche tutte le figure di supporto al turno
- Guida i processi di miglioramento del processo produttivo
- Monitora e garantisce la propria compliance al training e quella della propria squadra, e che tutte le attività lavorative vengano svolte sempre in compliance
- Collabora proattivamente e costantemente alla valutazione delle persone e ad equilibrare le squadre del Reparto e tra Reparti del Sito con apertura e disponibilità, rendendo concreti i valori del TEAM Lilly
- Incoraggia e sostiene una stretta collaborazione tra il personale a turno ed il ProcessTeam garantendo supporto nelle fasi organizzative e di analisi in linea
- Gestisce l'inserimento di nuove risorse, impersonando e trasmettendo i valori del TEAM Lilly
- Riporta all'Operations Manager dell'area
**Requisiti minimi richiesti**
- Preferibile laurea ad indirizzo scientifico
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito farmaceutico/parenterale
- Preferibile buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Grande capacità di ascolto, team work ed influenza
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Flessibilità e attitudine al problem solving
- Disponibilità a lavoro su turni (anche notturni)
