We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product management team and help lead product strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation of developing product strategy based on customer opportunity, market analysis, competitive positioning, and overall company strategy.
Previous experience in b2b software companies is an added advantage.While this is an individual contributor role, it requires high degree of self-monitoring and leadership skills like leading by influence, process improvement, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Product roadmap development and prioritization Develop and communicate a short-to-long term roadmap strategy and priortization based on business opportunity, market/ industry requirements, overall company strategy, and strategic customer engagement.Lead gathering and documenting of high-level customer requirements and business outcomes/ strategic rationale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help align on product roadmap priorities, solution approach, critical business problems and communicate roadmap timelines and expectations.
Work directly with eMaint customers to initiate support strategic customer engagement.
Leverage right VOC tools (surveys, usage monitoring, customer interviews, on-site visits etc.)
to aggregate, analyze and disseminate the findings within the organization.Partner with customer success teams to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development decisions.
Established or growing knowledge of asset management or work management domain and functionality.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure the eMaint product market differentiation and success.
Ability to digest complex technical and functional topics and contextualize it for the right audience (for e.g.
Engineering vs.
Sales, end users vs. leadership) Create and maintain relevant artifacts for the eMaint product (including, but not limited to requirement definition, functional design, user stories etc.)
Participate in organizational commercial and product performance tracking and improvement initiatives.
Execute pricing updates and required SKU management/ administration.
Customer engagement Work directly with eMaint customers to initiate support strategic customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with enterprise software products at scale; as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst.
Experience with industrial B2B software like EAM, CMMS, ERP, FSM, MES, WMS; or subject matter expertise around one or more key concepts such as work management, order management, inventory management, planning and scheduling, job costing/ fixed asset accounting etc.
Comfort with using and publishing requirements authoring and collaboration tools (for e.g.
Jira, Wiki.
Confluence etc.
