As a Communications and Events Intern at Belmond Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany , you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.
Starting in March 2025 , this role offers the opportunity to assist in coordinating exclusive events and crafting engaging communication campaigns that showcase the unique charm and luxury of our iconic destination.
You will play a key role in promoting the timeless beauty and bespoke experiences that make Belmond Castello di Casole a premier choice for discerning travelers during the 2025 season.
Requirements - Assisting in planning and executing on-site events  - Helping with PR activities like working with the media, partnering with influencers.  - Working with different teams to make sure events run smoothly and get good PR coverage  - Draft monthly PR reports and update the media visits database  - Support with the creation of marketing materials   - Support with the coordination and operations of the weekly events calendar by keeping relations with suppliers and by ensuring a smooth event flow  - Lead site inspections of the property with journalists or content creators under the supervision of Communications Executive  - Lead site inspections of the property under the supervision of Events Manager  - Support in the organization and handling of photo/video shootings  What you bring and learn:  -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail  -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written  -Creativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiences  -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure  -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms  - Team player with excellent organisational and time management skills, problem solver, curious and enthusiastic   - Desirable: previous experience in events organization     Benefits -At Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, we encourage a culture of kindness and genuine connections.   -Opportunities for preferred-rate experiences at our iconic destinations  -Wellness programs to support your personal and professional growth  -We're committed to your development and offer the chance to learn alongside industry talents.
