In order to develop our company we are looking for a:Planning & Financial ControllerKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out regular business performance analysis, analyzing variances from budget/forecast.Participate to the monthly/quarterly Business Reviews together with Business Directors.Identify and suggest actions, to support the achievement of performance targets.Proactively support in the production of the annual budget and forecasts for the areas of responsibility.Preparation of the monthly reporting for the areas of responsibility.Performing ad hoc analysis and controlling tasks.ProfileDegree in Business Administration with excellent results+3/5 years of working experience within Finance teams of international organizations, having had specific international experienceAbility to understand business models and build business plansAbility to work cross-functional, close to business and customers with a solid Business Partners attitudeAnalytical thinking, ability to understand issues, interpret data, draw conclusions and provide guidanceAbility to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/LAccountability, respect of deadlines and quality standards (accuracy, consistency with policies and guidelines)Ability to prioritize activities, work with flexibility and to handle stressRequirements / CapabilitiesFluent English, both written and spokenProficient Microsoft Office suite user with focus on Excel and Power BIExperience with SAP - SAP/BW
