Key Responsibilities:
- You will analyse and estimate customer requests for Customer Service and New Machinery- You will manage project of revamping of used machinery and will develop a line called technical improvement program (TIP) to offer enhancements of the installed base of our customers- You will manage the quotation and mechanical development of customer requests- You will interface with Production, Quality and Purchasing office to ensure the process for the realization of sold upgrades is ended well.- You will in charge of feasibility study and related costing- You will design the Tip's upgrade and manage revamping activities of used machines- You will solve possible problems during assembly and testing
To succeed in this role you should have- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering- Minimum 5 years of proven after sales experience within packaging industry- Proficiency as mechanical designer- Proficiency in Ms Office- Proactive, structured and team-oriented- Strong ability and interest to work in team, to exchange ideas and hints with colleagues as part of everyday working life- Analytical and problem solving skills- Ability to work with cross-functional teams- Fluent in English and Italian both oral and written
