About the role:
To provideProject Leadership, Managementand control of multiple large, key strategic and pan-European business initiatives across TD SYNNEX, specifically within the Microsoft Business at European level.
Providing the structure and discipline on key project related methodologies, change management and process engineering/optimisation. Maintaining theMicrosoft Portfolio of several projects across multiple countrieswhich are strategic or transformative for the corporation. Might lead other Project Managers or Process Analysts.
What you'll do:
Support and drive project delivery within the business as required. Projects will be varied and wide ranging encompassing all areas of the business.

Apply best practice methodology and standards to provide project documentation including project plans to ensure timely execution of activities and the delivery of all projects on time and to quality.

Project planning, tracking and reporting.

Mobilise the project team and the business to ensure both are focussed and supportive of delivering effective change.

Provide ongoing constructive challenge to shape and influence best project outcomes.

Promote project management by providing a consistent and professional service to the business.

Provide coaching and support to those delivering projects across the business.

Develop good working relationships with key individuals within the business and those external to the business as required.

Is pan-European in nature so therefore involves business travel across multiple European countries

Would involve managing multiple projects simultaneously

Projects are usually directional/strategic in nature so require solution design & business justification

Have multiple senior stakeholders so require senior stakeholder engagement & buy in

Projects may be transformational & therefore require strong change management skills

Might have direct reports for the duration of a project or some permanent direct reports if required

Champion project management best practice within the organisation & provide consultative services to other project management individuals

Provide direction to other organisational units managing their own projects

Management of a series of cross-functional teams & other project managers

Help take & facilitate decisions to ensure smooth running of projects & provide a fit for purpose solution

Provide program management to a portfolio of projects under one heading. For example, integration of multiple countries simultaneously

Develop expertise in the area of the project in order to offer advice to stakeholders quickly & efficiently

What we're kindly looking for:
Project management experience.

Effective inter-personal skills and the ability to work confidently at all levels within the organisation and external parties.

Ability to work proactively and autonomously.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills.

Attention to detail.

Flexible approach and a willingness to learn.

Management of cross functional teams.

Degree educated or graduate calibre (Senior Project Manager).

Demonstrable working experience of the Project Management lifecycle.

Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint to an excellent standard.

Relevant project management qualification

Relevant change management qualification

Process optimisation qualifications

Several years of Process Analyst and Project Management experience
