Be Part of Our Signature Mix General Description of the Role The role of GBS RTR (Record to Report) is part of the GBS organization, and specifically of the Service Delivery organization dedicated to transactional services including Accounting (RTR process), Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Master Data Management services. The objective of this structure is to ensure service delivery securing compliance, completeness, quality and timeliness of services, by supervising, supporting and coordinating BPO (Business Process Outsourcer) operations, in full consistency with Group policies and GBS service model. This team monitor on a daily basis the BPO and local entities performance (SLA/OLA), and it is the first escalation point for local entities on daily issues with BPO, defining corrective and change management actions with BPO, local entities or Global Model Governance team. They also monitor and guarantee smooth transition and proper on-boarding of new entities and /or activities by the BPO. The role of GBS RTR (Record to Report) Accounting Internship support the Team into a set of work activities included in the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process for the Campari organization. Mission/Objectives He/she will be part of dynamic environment, and will support the Team into the main activities. He/she will take part into the Quality Control Framework, a set of Controls to be periodically performed, to facilitate the Month End Closures. During Quarter Closures will support RTR manager into the coordination of External Audit activities, addressing the requests and doing follow up. Key Responsibilities and Activities Support RTR Team in coordination of External AuditorsPerform Internal Controls to Ensure Data qualitySupport Monthe end Close processPerform simple account reconciliationsParticipate in process improvement projectsPrepare reports or presentationsAssist in ad-hoc tasksKey Relationships Internal: Group Local entities. Strong alignment with other GBS teams is required. External: external auditors, BPO delivery centers teams. Education / Professional Qualifications Degree in relevant disciplines (Economic/Business Administration)Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) Expert user of MS Office tools ( Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent English is mandatory; Skills Result oriented, respecting deadlinesPragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solverAnalytical skillsInterpersonal skillsAssertive, adaptable and creativeDynamic and performance drivenAccurate, precise, with methodological approach.
