The Intern will support to the Solution Engineering team to design the best solutions to ensure Customer Success by: Craft technical solutions to support the need of our customers and prepare proposals
Building reports and dashboards
Support to building presentations in different formats (slides, videos, etc)
Follow-up with the Sales Solution Engineer team on delivery and related activities
Craft technical solutions to support the need of our customers engaging other internal stakeholders involved in the sales process (e.g. professional services, alliances, etc)
Prepare technical proposals
Support Solution Engineering operations and special projects
What we are looking for: Currently pursuing a university degree in an Italian University (Bachelor's or Master's), with graduation scheduled for 2025.
Preferably a background in computer science or engineering
Fluency in oral and written communications in Italian & English Eligibility to sign a University Agreement with your current university for the full duration of the internship
Strong passion for technology
Currently a student eager to assist and support the team in various projects and responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and engage in self-study
Excellent presentation skills
Preferred Requirements Knowledge of Java, JS, Databases or Cloud technologies is an advantage
Previous work experience – a summer job, internship; if it's an experience in a related field or business, even better
Experience delivering presentations/Demo

More Details Start Date: 16th of September 2024
End Date: 31st of July of 2025
Paid internship
Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (flexible either in the morning or afternoon)
