All'interno del Maritime Support Centre Department ricerchiamo un/a Maritime Support Center Officer con l'obiettivo di monitorare le attività di navigazione e operazioni portuali relative alla flotta, monitorare costantemente la puntualità delle navi e fornire supporto all'Head of Maritime Support Centre e ai Senior Maritime Support Centre Officer nella ridefinizione delle procedure e dei processi aziendali.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA': Raccogliere attivamente le informazioni inerenti le tempistiche di viaggio delle navi ed analizzare i fattori che possono influire maggiormente sui ritardi; Fornire supporto alla flotta monitorando le condizioni meteo marine, le manovre di arrivo e partenza delle navi e i radar nave da remoto; Attivare il comitato di crisi, intervenendo tempestivamente per fornire le analisi dei dati all'Head of Maritime Support Centre e/o al Senior Maritime Support Centre Officer e, su loro direttiva, informare i vari dipartimenti affinché siano attivate le necessarie azioni correttive; Monitorare il corretto funzionamento degli strumenti del M.S.C.
; A supporto dell'Head of Maritime Support Centre e/o al Senior Maritime Support Centre Officer, mantenere i rapporti con le Navi e le Autorità; Analizzare i dati forniti dalle altre aree aziendali che impattano sul deployment e sulla Customer Satisfaction al fine di tenere sotto controllo gli eventuali scostamenti rispetto ai valori standard definiti; Supportare l'Head of Maritime Support Centre e/o i Senior Maritime Support Centre Officer nel definire i processi collegati alla gestione delle criticità e delle relative comunicazioni interne ed esterne; Fornire i dati per la formulazione delle policy aziendali di competenza.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI: Diploma di Istituto Tecnico Nautico/Logistico o altro indirizzo; Esperienza nel settore marittimo, monitoraggio o supporto operativo; Conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua europea (francese e spagnolo); Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare excel/power point); Disponibilità a lavoro su turni la cui schematizzazione potrà variare in funzione della prevista copertura del servizio.
Completano il profilo, una buona capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a nuove situazioni e di affrontare le sfide con un approccio proattivo e resiliente.

E' prevista un'assunzione con contratto a tempo determinato (12 mesi).
