ArbeitszeitmodellVollzeitThe Corporate Finance Advisory ("CFA") Team originates and executes MA, ECM and DCM transactions in the Hungarian market.
The team is the local leg of the Global CFA product line, headquartered in Milano and works closely with Global CFA teams in Italy, Germany and CEE countries.What you'll be doingLead as a manager the local CFA team of four colleagues, within the Advisory and Specialised Lending teamArrange and supervise the professional work of the team, active professional contribution is requiredEnsure client coverage in close co-operation with Global CFA and local Corporate Banking client coverage teams.
Products covered are MA, ECM, DCM across industriesOriginiate and thoroughly execute mandates jointly with Global CFA and client coverage teams.
Products covered are MA, ECM, DCM across industriesWhat you'll need to succeedDegree preferably in Business or Economics7-8 years of relevant professional experience in MA, ECM and DCM transactions or Private Equity, ideally managerial experience of 2-3 yearsExperience working in an international environment and on multi-office project teamsManagerial skills, capacity to think in context, shape the strategy of the CFA businessExcellent English language skillsPerformance-oriented, flexible, resilient under stressDetective skills and street smartsGood communication and presentation skillsDiplomacy and confidence in interactions with external/ internal clientsExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsAccounting and corporate finance background, fluency in using and interpreting basic valuation toolsBasic knowledge and understanding of investment banking products and marketsDeep familiarity with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Knowledge of market intelligence databases (Thomson Reuters Eikon, MergerMarket, CapitalIQ, etc.
