Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain projects within the project management system and related systemsDeveloping accurate reports on ongoing projects (Status report, budget reconciliations etc etc.).Run reports on ongoing basisCreate change ordersReview of the financial performance of projectsLiaising with Admin&Finance department for the review and approval of step of payment.Archive documentation (both in paper and electronic) and maintain the related systemseTMF and documentation management Conduct other activities as required P REPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management or other scientific disciplinesAdvanced English knowledgeAdvanced Excel knowledgeWORKING CONDITIONS Full-time, 6 months internship – possibility of hiring at the end of probationContract Type
