Sofidel's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets to 2030 have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with reductions required to keep warming to well-below 2°C, in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.PURPOSETo support the Country Logistics Manager ensuring the achievement of envisaged aims through the correct management of internal logistics, maintaining the required service standards, in accordance with the Group procedures.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyzes logistics data in order to support the line manager in improving operational efficiencyMonitors logistics process in order to guarantee alignment with Group procedures and requirementsOversees the shipping process highlighting to line manager any misalignmentSupports the line manager in managing the pallets procurement processSupports the line manager in managing the finished goods, raw materials and pallets inventory processContributes on guaranteeing the correct management of site and external warehousesEnsures the correct efficiency in warehouses in compliance with the safety provisions and the group proceduresGuarantees the correct management of relevant processes in accordance with the Group policies and proceduresSupports the line manager in drafting the budget proposal and in monitoring the targets trend.Promotes a safety-bound corporate cultureApplies the Corporate Principles and ValuesREQUISITIONS FOR THE APPLICATIONYou have a Master's Degree in Economics/ Engineering business or related fieldYou haveat least 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics inmanufacturing environments(preferably FMCG or high volume industries)You have a good level of English (both reading and speaking)You have good communication and problem solving skillsYou are able to deal with external contractors and suppliersWHAT WE OFFERThe chance to work in an international Group and a concrete opportunity for professional growthA dynamic environment based on teamworkSofidel Language Learning Programme through innovative digital platform for you and one additional user, such as family member or friend.
