Titolo della posizione: LEGAL ENERGY & ADMINISTRATIVE LAW SPECIALIST
Attività:
Supportare il team di M&A per l'analisi della documentazione di natura amministrativa (autorizzazioni, permessi, concessioni, valutazioni di impatto ambientale, strumenti di pianificazione territoriale locale, ecc.) relativa a impianti per la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili che la società sta valutando di acquisire. Fornire il proprio supporto nell'ambito della predisposizione dei contratti per l'acquisto degli impianti di cui al punto precedente, con particolare riferimento ai profili di diritto amministrativo. Partecipare a riunioni anche con controparti esterne, tavoli tecnici e conferenze di servizi. Predisporre bozze di lettere verso le Pubbliche Amministrazioni. Rivedere gli atti giudiziali predisposti dai legali esterni. Organizzare l'archivio interno delle pratiche della funzione. Requisiti:
Laurea in giurisprudenza. Esperienza di lavoro (in studio legale o in ufficio legale interno di società) almeno pari a 5 anni. Capacità di lavorare in team, sensibilità e comprensione delle relative dinamiche. Approfondita conoscenza del diritto amministrativo, con particolare riferimento alla disciplina in materia di impianti per la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili (in particolare impianti eolici, fotovoltaici, agrivoltaici, idroelettrici). Capacità di analisi, di organizzazione di processi complessi e di definizione degli obiettivi e delle priorità nel rispetto delle scadenze. Curiosità, flessibilità e capacità di gestire lo stress. Buon senso, disponibilità all'ascolto e capacità di proporre soluzioni semplici e realizzabili. Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali, negoziali. Capacità di interfacciarsi con vari ruoli organizzativi. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. Altre informazioni:
