In this role, you will support the development and execution of common Planning & Fulfillment and Production Engineering processes, skills, and tools, working to improve relevant KPIs across Operations (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, production efficiency, manufacturing costs).
You will also lead and support cross-functional continuous improvement projects with the different stakeholders.
Your responsibilities Analyze excess and obsolete/aging inventory; take appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with production engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing and procurement Optimize product portfolio to minimize NWC and product/process costs with focus on EBITA Facilitate phase in/phase out products in Operations (P&F, Production Engineering, Manufacturing) Collaborate with Buyers to facilitate make/buy analysis and decision making Create, release, and maintain bill of materials (BOMs) for assigned products and related part numbers Conduct financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, implementing corrective actions based on root case analysis performed Your background Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial/Management Engineering Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular on Microsoft Excel Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar) are considered a plus Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Creativity, sens of innovation and digital Ownership and problem solving attitude, result oriented; Agile approach Teamwork attitude, good communication skills and courage complete the profile More about us We look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
