Fixed-term Rocco Forte House, Milan Milan, Italy APPLY La Rocco Forte House di Milano, prossima apertura prevista per Luglio 2024, si trova all'interno di uno splendido palazzo del diciannovesimo secolo in Via Manzoni, all'angolo con Via della Spiga. Questo è il cuore del quadrilatero della moda, il quartiere più trendy della città. Dopo un restauro molto attento che lo ha riportato al suo antico splendore, l'edificio ospita oggi undici appartamenti unici.
La Posizione PORTER Obiettivo :
Il Porter esegue mansioni che comprendono il servizio agli Ospiti in arrivo o in partenza, servizi di pulizia delle aree comuni e il controllo della sicurezza della struttura durante le ispezione.
Riporta a: House Manager.
Principali compiti e responsabilità :
• Supporta il team di accoglienza durante eventuali arrivi o partenze, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure Rocco Forte Hotels;
• Si occupa di eventuali richieste dell'Ospite (es. gestisce bagagli, parcheggia le auto degli Ospiti, chiama i taxi, etc.);
• Esegue, quando richiesto, compiti di pulizia delle aree comuni;
• Ispeziona regolarmente tutte le aree dell'hotel e segnala eventuali anomalie o problematiche riscontrate al reparto manutenzione;
• Garantisce la sicurezza dell'hotel, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure Rocco Forte Hotels.
Offriamo :
• Contratto a tempo determinato secondo il C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo;

• Possibilità di soggiornare presso gli hotel della compagnia ad una tariffa ridotta (35€ a notte) al raggiungimento dei 6 mesi lavorativi. Si avrà diritto anche al 50% di sconto presso bar e ristoranti della Compagnia e al 20% di sconto su trattamenti di benessere presso le nostre Spa e sui prodotti "Irene Forte".

Richiediamo :
• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo costituisce un plus;
• Conoscenza avanzata della lingua italiana e di base di quella inglese;
• Passione per il servizio e attenzione al dettaglio;
• Patente di guida valida;
• Flessibilità.
