Cashier Operator

Dual.Concept S.r.l., a training and employment company of AHK Italien (accredited by M.L.P.S. - ANPAL N. 145/2022), on behalf of a client company, is looking for a Cashier Operator - German speaking.

As a Cashier Operator, you will manage all operations related to onboard cash payments by Guests in accordance with Company procedures.

Main Responsibilities: Collect cash deposits and payments for shipboard accounts settled in cash and deliver it to the Administrative Department to activate Guests accounts. Print Costa Cards and related materials and organize them to ensure all material is ready for delivery by the assigned department. Collect and sort purchase Guest checks to ensure they are ready for verification. Collect and verify all payments to ensure that no Guest leaves without paying on disembarkation day. Manage and address all problems related to payments and cash collection, and when needed, handle operations regarding closure of Guest account/main courante/printing of bills to provide appropriate assistance to Guests. Participate actively in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture and contribute dynamically in following safety policies and procedures. Requirements Secondary school diploma Previous experience in a similar position is a plus. Knowledge of accounting Computer literate English knowledge B2 German knowledge B1 Join Costa's Information team for a rewarding cruise industry career.
