PRODUCTION ENGINEER – CAPEX – TREVISO DETTAGLI DELL' OFFERTA DI LAVORO:

Il candidato, alle dirette dipendenze del RESPONSABILE DELL'INGEGNERIA, avrà il compito di presidiare gli investimenti in tecnologia ed impianti suddividendo le proprie aree di responsabilità di 3 macro contenuti:
SUPPORTO TECNICO PROGETTUALE alla progettazione degli impianti sia in termini di mera soluzione tecnologica (studi di progettazione sia interni che in collaborazione con fornitori esteri) che di supervisione operativa alla fase di gestione del parco fornitori volto ad individuare la soluzione migliore in fase progettuale presidiando altresì le richieste di offerta, la validazione delle soluzioni proposte da un punto di vista tecnico e contrattuale.
SUPERVISIONE ALLA FASE REALIZZATIVA DEGLI IMPIANTI – gestendo quindi i fornitori nell'avanzamento della fase realizzativa verificando la coerenza al progetto tecnico e gestendo eventuali approfondimenti sorti in sede esecutiva
COMMISSIONING – pianificare con i team di stabilimento e di manutenzione la messa in servizio degli impianti fungendo da trait d'union con i fornitori esterni verificando la validazione dell'installazione in termini di coerenza alle performance di progetto. Il candidato ideale ha quindi maturato una precedente esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in funzioni di PROJECT ENGINEER o all'interno di contesti industriali altamente industrializzati o presso aziende di costruzione di impianti industriali. Dato il ruolo è necessaria la laurea in Ingegneria meccanica, conoscenza della lingua inglese, capacità di lettura di designi tecnici ed analisi deli KPI delle perfomances, ottime doti di PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ:
Realizzare e coordinare studi di progettazione tecnologica svolgendo un ruolo attivo ed in stretta collaborazione con gli studi esterni:
Interfacciarsi con i fornitori esterni per richiedere proposte su capitolati tecnici strutturati;
Definire contratti di fornitura (impianti e installazioni) con precisi livelli di servizio e kpi di produttività;
Gestione della fase realizzativa dell'impianto e programmazione della fase di installazione;
Validare la fase di commisioning e garantire il passaggio di consegna allo stabilimento;
REQUISITI FONDAMENTALI:
Necessaria Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica;
Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Conoscenza avanzata dei sistemi informatici: excel, CAD, lettura disegni tecnici;
Preferibile provenienza da impianti complessi a ciclo continuo;
Flessibilità e proattività;
