About the Company: for a multinational pharmaceutical company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an SAP Specialist Core responsibilities:Support in monitoring business applications across the Group to ensure they are locally managed in line with the Global framework, standards and requirementsSupport in the implementation and roll out projects for the area of competence to ensure they are performed on time and on budget, in line with business requirements and Company standardsSupport in managing the lifecycle of business applications (configuration, development, maintenance) to continuously improve the support to business operationsCollect and analyze business requirements to support the assessment of requested enhancements and new softwareSupport the business in requirements and process documentation and in applications testingPropose solutions to meet business requirements and in respect of guidelines and constraintsDraft functional and technical documentation for the applications under the area of competence to ensure compliance and alignment with Company and Quality standardsCollaborate with the Support & Service team in solving business specific issues to contribute in the achievement of department and Company KPIs and business expectationsAttend internal and external workshops and events on the assigned area of competence to monitor and propose innovative solutions improving business operationsDeliver training to business users for the assigned area of competence to ensure applications are properly runPropose enhancements to continuously improve team performance and to introduce innovations in the ways of working - Must have:Knowledge of SAP FI, CO modules (Finance and controlling)4+ years of experience of SAP areaDegree in Economics and management, Economics and Business, Management Engineering, Computer ScienceExperience in Project ManagementGood knowledge of EnglishNice to have:Knowledge of  IM (investment management) and TR (treasury) modules  Knowledge of  the product cost controlling (Material Ledger) - Location: Lucca, smart working 3 days per week
