Se hai molto talento, mentalità aperta, voglia di crescere e accrescere il nostro design team; se ami costruzione prodotti di digital design (app, web app, ecommerce, digital experiences) partendo dalla progettazione di UX e Customer Journey impeccabili ; hai in aggiunta competenze grafiche, buon gusto e chili di creatività;  se hai solida esperienza di branding e coordinamento progetti di (digital) art direction, anche esecutiv a ; se ti appassionano l'ideazione e la progettazione web design.
Allora stiamo cercando proprio te, candidati qui:
Requisiti almeno 5-6 anni di lavoro nell'ambito UX/service design/customer journey di prodotti di digital design (app, siti, web app, ecommerce, brand site, omnichannel experience) con track record di lavori e risultati raggiunti. senso estetico e creatività a chili competenze grafiche pacchetto Adobe forti competenze di brand design armonia per la gestione degli elementi visivi capacità ed esperienza nella guida di team di UX/UI service design  forte capacità logica e metodologica nello studio di Buyer Personas, interfacce e flow chart. completa padronanza nell'uso di Figma, inclusa prototipazione. Preferenziali:  competenze di video editing (in particolare Adobe After Effects) buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese. motivazione e puntualità per il rispetto delle consegne e il buon lavoro in un contesto focalizzato amore per la comunicazione visiva digitale e il digital marketing Condizioni Assunzione. Mid Senior level o Senior a seconda dell'esperienza maturata. Contratto di assunzione con remunerazione da definire in base alle competenze ed esperienza del candidato.
