In this role the Event & PR Supervisor is in charge of supporting the development of on-site activities, organizing promotional and institutional events, implementing Istituto Marangoni PR strategy and increasing brand visibility under the supervision of the Manager.
Key Purpose of the Job The Event & PR Supervisor support the Manager in organising events, locations and maintaining relationship with clients and suppliers.
He / She also has:
To plan and organize internal and external School events in all its phases;To support the Manager in designing events in all its element – He / She has to be a support in choosing the right locations, logistics and coordinating catering and fittings and in producing materials, invites for the event;To plan and implement an effective communication strategy regarding the Event and creating reports;To support the Manager in realizing event's concepts;To manage and update contacts database;To supervise and monitor the success of events;To be in touch with the procurement office;To coordinate external relations networksTo monitor and analyze PR results, also in terms of investmentTo develop PR initiativesTo leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within off & online mediaTo work in synergy with Social Media teamRequirements: 3/5 years of events and/or PR experienceEnglish proficiencyOffice Suite proficiencyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive, strongly organized, efficient, and detail-orientedStrong interest in fashion/design area About UsIstituto Marangoni
