ResponsabilitàOrganizza e coordina la struttura commerciale, individuando e proponendo eventuali azioni dirette a motivare la forza vendita mediante supporto, coaching e mentoring.Collabora con la funzione marketing nella definizione di attività di marketing operative e strategiche al fine di identificare settori di mercato e/o aree geografiche ad elevato potenziale di sviluppo o miglioramento proponendo gli strumenti, investimenti e risorse da destinare.Garantisce il corretto e trasparente reporting al top management in relazione alle performances dei mercati di sua competenza, nel rispetto delle normative e delle procedure aziendali, con un approccio Etico al mercato.Collabora con il top management alla definizione degli obiettivi di vendita e del budget commerciale annuale, al monitoraggio mensile degli scostamenti fra budget e fatturato.Stimola e coordina lo sviluppo di new business e l'ampliamento del portafoglio clienti diretti attraverso azioni mirate su target selezionati.Cura direttamente le relazioni con i clienti strategici e partecipa a trattative complesse.Viaggia con frequenza (30%-40% del tempo), prevalentemente in Europa, al fine di supportare le attività del sales network aziendale e ulteriormente ampliare il know-how aziendale in merito a settori merceologici ed aree geografiche.Analizza l'andamento del mercato internazionale ed italiano e monitora l'attività della concorrenza al fine di elaborare previsioni di vendita attendibili e di individuare nuove opportunità di sviluppo.RequisitiSi richiede consolidata esperienza maturata nelle vendite, preferibilmente in settori dove la customizzazione dei prodotti è un driver, in aziende solidamente strutturate e caratterizzate da un business multi-canale per quanto attiene la vendita e distribuzione dei prodotti.
La provenienza dal settore del Packaging è considerato un elemento qualificante ma, parimenti, anche la consolidata esperienza nella vendita di prodotti ad elevato valore intrinseco.
L'ottima conoscenza della Lingua Inglese è requisito imprescindibile; ulteriori conoscenze linguistiche costituiranno un apprezzato punto di forza.
