Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti funzionali in collaborazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.Sviluppo e mantenimento del piano di progetto, inclusa la pianificazione delle risorse e la gestione del budget.Coordinamento dei team di programmatori interni ed esterni, designer e analisti di business.Supervisione del processo di testing e validazione per garantire la qualità delle soluzioni sviluppate.Gestione dell'implementazione delle soluzioni nel contesto retail, inclusa l'integrazione con sistemi esistenti e la formazione del personale.L'attività sarà svolta in modalità ibrida con possibilità di Smart Working di 2 giorni a settimana a casa e 3 in ufficio? Cosa Richiediamo?  Richiesta una laurea magistralePregressa esperienza in ambito Project Management in contesti IT di almeno 4-5 anni, con esperienza in progetti di migrazione CloudConoscenza della metodologia waterfall e di come si costruisca una Project Chart Spiccate doti comunicativeEssere in possesso di una patente ed automuniti per trasferteConoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritto che parlato (C1)Sarà considerato un plus: essere in possesso di certificazioni PMP/ITIL e la conoscenza di Jira o Service Now Che cosa offriamo?
