Assembly Production Manager

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an **Assembly Production Manager **for the chargers' assembly line in **Vignola**.
**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes**:
- Prioritizes production workflow, communicates with production staff daily, and supervises the production process.
- Provides leadership and guidance on coordinating plant activities through effective planning between different departments of production.
- Monitors, controls and reports the amount of stocks of raw materials of the plant.
- Determines the amount of inventory per production unit.
- Coordinates, monitors, and approves of raw material orders registered into our system as well as securing their timely shipment to customers.
- Monitors and control waste management to manage production costs and reduce environmental impacts.
- Ensures standards operating procedures for product quality, equipment, and materials are maintained and that new improved ways of planning production and implementation is adequately used to maximize efficiency.
- Analyzes capacity reports and maintenance schedules to suggest modification or new investments in machines or changes in plans (production, planning, maintenance etc.)
in order to improve operational efficiency.
- Tackles issues, including quota/duty and any unique features of the product that could affect sourcing or factory timelines.
- Monitors the production KPI's
- At least 4 years of working experience in a relevant position
- BSc in Electrical, Electronics or PowerElectronics Engineering
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent **Italian** (verbal and written)
- Very good verbal and written **English** with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
