How you'll live your ambition: From our offices in Genoa, as aCruise Expert, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our sales strategy through international interactions and delivering outstanding performance and exceeding targets.
Demonstrate your passion You will delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations and leaves the first impression as a representative of Costa.You strive to build an efficient telephone consultancy to customers and sale of services. Get things right You are able to achieve sales results in proactive and energetic way through your influencing and communication skills. You are accountable for troubleshooting and for building genuine relationships with the public. What makes you unique
You have a previous experience in similar role or in the hospitality/tourism sector. You hold an academic background or a diploma in Economics or Linguistics. You have a solid sales background and you are driven by results and a goal-oriented mindset You have excellent communication skills, and you are able to speak English. you are available to work on rotating shifts between Monday and Saturday (full time) You are a real team player, talented in organizing, prioritizing and maintain the focus on customers.
