Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a Junior Buyer Indirect Materials.
The resource will be part of the Procurement Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager and will be responsible for supporting buyers in the procurement process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Order management using the E-Procurement systemAdministrative supportPerform tenders and conduct simple negotiationsCarry out supplier evaluation and qualification process according to internal policies and proceduresRequired Qualifications/SkillsEducation: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance or equivalent0-1 years of experience; a previous experience in a similar role is preferredFluency in English and ItalianKnowledge and understanding of Marketing & Communication is preferredGood interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in teamsGood organizational skillsCuriosity, flexibility, dynamism and problem-solving skillsCritical thinkingContract type: fixed term
