Principali responsabilità: Principali responsabilità: ? Supervisionare e gestire l'intero iter progettuale, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei budget e degli standard di qualità; ? Comunicare regolarmente con il Project Manager, per garantire un flusso di informazioni efficace e la risoluzione tempestiva di eventuali problemi; ? Monitorare e controllare i costi del progetto per garantire il rispetto del budget stabilito identificando e affrontando le variazioni in modo tempestivo; ? Identificare e valutare i potenziali rischi associati al progetto e sviluppare strategie per mitigare; Principali caratteristiche richieste: Requisiti richiesti: ? Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Architettura o campo correlato; ? Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti di costruzione, preferibilmente nel settore degli uffici; ? Capacità dimostrata di gestire team multidisciplinari e di coordinare le attività di progettazione e costruzione; ? Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di relazione interpersonale; ? Forti competenze di leadership e gestione del tempo; ? Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di problem solving.
