Main Purpose of Job- Lead the TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) for the assigned Region, coordinating the regional field force teamKey Responsibilities- Under the supervision of the Division Manager, develop and implement strategies for the assigned Region to meet annual sales target, budget and market share goals.
- Support introduction of new SH technologies in the market, leading new therapies adoption and growth.- Coordinate the regional field force team in executing selling process, clinical activities (including cases support and screening), therapy development and marketing campaigns.- Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend and competitive analysis.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, KOLs and all the relevant external stakeholders - Closely work in cooperation with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affair, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service).- Act in compliance with applicable procedures and policies.Education Required10+ years of related work experience Skills and experience - Good knowledge of English (listening and writing) - Presentation Skills- Building Relationship- Ethical Conduct- Results Driven, Strategic acumen and People Management.Job SummaryJob number: 31097406Date posted : 2024-09-05Profession: SalesEmployment type: Full time
