Project Manager For Industrial Gate Drivers

Then, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Project Management team here at Pavia as a Project Manager for Industrial Gate Drivers.
As a Project Manager for Industrial Gate Drivers, you will lead and coordinate the project team - Marketing, Concept, Design, Product, Test Engineering and Quality Management - in compliance with the defined development process.
In your new role you will:
- Be fully responsible for all **operational decisions concerning a given project **and for the **successful achievements of the defined project targets **;
- Act as **interface to front end and back end production **and logistics **;
- **Coordinate and synchronize activities **with technology and package development teams;
- **Regularly report to Business Line management **and take care of the project documentation process.
You are a self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As a role model for open communication and feedback, you know how to successfully align with stakeholders internationally.
Your structured working style helps you to follow the big picture and contribute to the business success of the organization.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **A Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering **, **Business Administration **or similar field;
- **At least 5 years of working experience **in the semiconductor or related industries, preferably dealing with multi
- site/multicultural teams;
- **Knowledge in project life-cycle and related project management processes **and **methodologies **(eg.
planning, risk management, tracking, reporting);
- A good understanding of **semiconductor technologies and products **;
- **Fluent English skills **(Italian and German will be a plus).
