Per la Holding di uno dei più grandi gruppi industriali italiani ricerchiamo l'Accounting Manager.
A riporto del CFO e con un team a riporto si occuperà delle seguenti attività.
Gestione della Contabilità e Finanza: gestione e supervisione delle registrazioni contabili giornaliere, incluse le fatturazioni, le riconciliazioni bancarie e la gestione delle partite aperte.
Preparare i bilancini di verifica mensili, trimestrali e annuali.
Predisposizione dei Bilanci Civilistici: redigere i bilanci civilistici conformemente ai
principi contabili italiani, garantendo precisione e conformità alle normative vigenti.
Supporto nella Predisposizione del Bilancio Consolidato: assistere nella redazione del bilancio consolidato secondo i principi contabili internazionali IFRS, collaborando con il team di contabilità e finanza per assicurare l'allineamento con le normative internazionali.
Preparazione delle relative relazioni e note.
Supervisione Fiscale e Conformità Legale: coordinare i consulenti fiscali per il calcolo annuale delle imposte e assicurare la corretta presentazione delle dichiarazioni fiscali periodiche ed annuali e la conformità con tutte le leggi pertinenti.
Gestione dei pagamenti: gestione dello processo dei pagamenti.
Gestione del Cash Flow: gestire i flussi di cassa e sviluppare strategie per ottimizzare la liquidità aziendale.
Requisiti richiesti: il/la candidato/a deve avere una esperienza minima di 8/10 anni in studi professionali o società mediamente strutturate, una solida conoscenza dei principi contabili e delle normative fiscale d'impresa. Indispensabile la conoscenza a livello amministrativo del mondo finanziario (obbigligazioni e azioni), preferibile quella dei mercati immobiliari. Completano il profilo laurea e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
