Synergie Italia spa, filiale di Lazio Direzionale, seleziona per ampliamento dell'organico interno STAGISTA – HR Recruiting & Administration La risorsa, inserita all'interno della filiale, acquisirà nozioni e competenze in materia di Ricerca, Selezione e Gestionale del personale .
In affiancamento a un tutor si occuperà di elaborare e pubblicare annunci di lavoro sui vari portali autorizzati e successivo screening dei curricula; ricerca attiva su database interni ed esterni; screening telefonico dei candidati e colloqui di selezione; presentazione della c.d.
rosa dei candidati; gestione dell'iter pre-assuntivo e assuntivo ; archivio dei documenti sia in forma cartacea sia telematica; inserimento delle presenze dei lavoratori in somministrazione.
Il/la candidat* ideale è in possesso del titolo di studio in ambito umanistico, giuridico, economico o affini; Si richiede dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali sistemi informatici .
È richiesta: proattività, responsabilità, doti comunicative e relazionali, capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro nonché intraprendenza e spirito di squadra.
L'attività formativa si svolge dal lunedì al venerdì, orario full-time dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 18.00 [pausa dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 14.00]; Ti offriamo stage extracurriculare che prevede un rimborso spese di 800 euro mensili lorde; Luogo di lavoro: FROSINONE L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003.
