**Vivienne Westwood Italy** è attualmente alla ricerca di un risorsa contabile che verrà inserita nel dipartimento Finance Amministrativo presso i nostri uffici di Milano Corso Venezia, il cui ruolo sarà quello di fornire supporto nella gestione della contabilità fornitori/accounts payable o, alternativamente, contabilità clienti/accounts receivable, occupandosi nello specifico delle attività di seguito meglio descritte.
**Principali mansioni e responsabilità**:
**> Accounts payable**
- registrazione fatture fornitori Italia/UE/extra UE
- controllo delle schede contabili e dei partitari di contabilità generale e fornitori
- gestione discrepanze con l'ufficio acquisti
- gestione della corrispondenza con i fornitori, eventualmente effettuando attività di riconciliazione dei partitario fornitori
- archiviazione documentazione digitale
- apertura e gestione anagrafiche in gestionale SAP
**> Accounts receivable**
- fatturazione attiva, registrazione e gestione degli incassi ed emissione fatture ai clienti afferenti la società italiana;
- lettere di credito, attività di gestione del credito e recupero degli insoluti;
- altre attività amministrative;
**Profilo e requisiti richiesti**:
**> Titolo di studio ed esperienza**:
- diploma di scuola secondaria in ragioneria (ora tecnico commerciale) oppure diploma di laurea anche triennale in Economia aziendale o Scienze dell'Amministrazione e Finanza;
- esperienza lavorativa pregressa nel medesimo ruolo di almeno 2 anni continuativi, possibilmente maturata in analoghi contesti aziendali internazionali del settore luxury fashion;
**> Competenze personali e tecniche**:
- conoscenza delle norme IVA
- ottima conoscenza di excel e, preferibilmente, del gestionale SAP (considerata criterio preferenziale)
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (utente autonomo nella comprensione e scrittura di corrispondenza mail in lingua inglese);
- ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, motivazione, capacità di lavorare in team, affidabilità e precisione
