**Technical & Telemetry Specialist**:
Milano, Lombardia
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Technical & Telemetry Specialist per la nostra sede di Milano.
La persona selezionata, all'interno del team Operations, si occuperà della gestione e monitoraggio del parco serbatoi GPL installato, garantendo il corretto funzionamento dei dispositivi di telemetria (Smart Meter) e connessi sistemi informativi (SAC e relative integrazioni in SAP, SP e WFM).
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Presidiare dal punto di vista informatico e normativo i contratti di installazione e manutenzione
- Gestire i collaudi decennale degli impianti con metodo EA interfacciandosi con organismo notificato e l'INAIL
- Gestire le attività legate alla vendita degli asset aziendali
- Presidiare i processi di telemetria (es. manutenzione, installazione, comunicazione ai clienti) coordinando gli attori interni ed esterni coinvolti
- Efficientare i processi operativi, coordinandosi con la struttura IT
- Assicurare la formazione su processi e sistemi per i colleghi e le terze parti coinvolte nell'esecuzione delle attività
- Contribuire all'identificazione di nuovi fornitori, all'aggiornamento normativo e all'identificazione di nuovi strumenti applicativi, supportare il responsabile della funzione nella predisposizione del budget
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in ingegneria gestionale o formazione equivalente
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
- Familiarità con piattaforma SAP e con sistema di CRM
- Familiarità con i principali strumenti informatici e del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word) e Power BI
- Conoscenza, almeno di base, delle logiche di Project Management
- Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato di 12 mesi, full time
