Il team EY CCaSS ( Climate Change and Sustainability Services ) è un gruppo multidisciplinare di professionisti in materie socio-ambientali, con una radicata esperienza nelle tematiche di sostenibilità.
Il tuo ruolo
Nel contesto dello sviluppo del team italiano, stiamo ricercando una/un Senior Consultant per la nostra sede di Milano. Il/La candidato sarà focalizzato/a sull'esecuzione proattiva e responsabile di complesse attività progettuali in ambito climate change e sostenibilità, sul coordinamento dei team di progetto in supporto alle figure manageriali e come referente operativo a diretto contatto con il cliente.
Requisiti richiesti:
Esperienza lavorativa minima di 2-3 anni in consulenza con esperienze in uno o più tematiche relative a:
Reporting di sostenibilità
Definizione di strategie di sostenibilità
Rating e assessment in ambito ESG
Esperienza in progetti in ambito sostenibilità e cambiamenti climatici sarà valutata positivamente
Laurea specialistica in discipline economiche o tecniche (Ingegneria, Scienze ambientali o simili)
Solida conoscenza delle tematiche ambientali e di salute e sicurezza, delle principali normative e norme ISO di riferimento e delle metodologie di audit/due diligence
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
Forti skill di effective communication e presentation nei confronti di senior level client executives
Capacità di sviluppare documenti a supporto di una comunicazione efficace in ambito consulenziale (MS PowerPoint)
Ottimo uso di MS Excel
Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero
