Per Storica Casa Motociclistica Italiana, Brand Premium, Conosciuto a Livello Mondiale, Il Cui Prodotto è Sinonimo Di Velocità, Avanguardia Tecnologia e Perfezione Ingegneristica, Siamo Alla Ricerca Di Un/aHEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENTLa mission della mansione è progettare, sviluppare, portare competenze e conoscenza, guidando tutta la procedura di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti.La persona inserita risponderà direttamente al COO e Amministratore Delegato aziendale, coordinerà il team dei PM interni, collaborando attivamente con le altre unità aziendali per la buona riuscita dei progetti assegnati.ResponsabilitàPresidiare e gestire l'intero progetto di sviluppo prodottiDefinire gli obiettivi, le modalità dalla progettazione fino alla messa in serie, collaborando con R&D, industrializzazione, ufficio acquisti, produzioneCoordinamento dei PM interni, assicurandone la crescita e lo sviluppoGestione dei progetti R&D strategici aziendali relativi alla sia alla parte motore, sia al design del veicoloSviluppo nuovi prodotti con la collaborazione degli altri dipartimenti aziendali ed ev.Partner/fornitori esterniGestione del budget assegnatoRequisitiFormazione tecnica, possibilmente Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o similiComprovata esperienza e seniority nel ruolo (rilevante la provenienza dal settore Motorsport - Progettazione/costruzione di motocicli - Automotive)Doti manageriali ed esperienza nel coordinamento di team di lavoro diversificatiConoscenza dei principali Software di progettazione tecnicaConoscenza della lingua Inglese (la conoscenza del Tedesco costituisce un plus)Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede forti capacità manageriali, capacità di interazione e comunicazione a diversi livelli, determinazione e versatilità nel definire/ridefinire priorità.Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Varese#J-18808-Ljbffr
