Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs.Utilize your HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our apartment community.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger projects & make-ready apartments, as neededMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.Requirements: Extensive experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.HVAC certification AND relevant training preferred.Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Competitive salary and benefits package that includes:Health, Vision & Dental InsuranceFSA Accounts401k Plan with Company MatchOpportunity for growth and advancement within our company.Enjoy the perks of living and working on our beautiful property with a 20% living discountJoin us in providing exceptional living experiences for our residents.
